Her Story

It’s all started on my birthday. He said that my birthday present would be delayed. One day, he told me that I would probably receive my birthday present on the following Friday. However, he said he can’t promise anything to me as he did not even sure about the date. I was so desperate trying to figure out what the present would be. Finally, on a Friday, he ‘kidnapped’ me to a place I didn’t know, and kept asking me to trust him…

Then, he stopped the car in the back of a high school building besides a very beautiful park without saying a word. A few minutes later, I was introduced to a lady who seems to be the head of a crew of 8. Then, I realized I’m going to ride a hot air balloon special just for the two of us! I was really excited and at that very second, I realized why he was so uncertain about the date. One of the crew members told me that we were lucky to have such a flyable weather.

BUT, there’s more to the story: he asked me ‘the question’ while we were up about 1000 ft above the ground and slipped the ring on my finger! These are the best presents on my birthday! I’m so surprised and feel utterly glowing. Right after landing, the captain opened a bottle of champagne and we celebrated together.

I never imagined or dreamed of this proposal. To me, he’s being very creative; the whole experiences are really romantic and wonderful.
